Senior Admin Assistant, Inside Sales
at Enggsol in Central
You will provide inside sales support to a team of Business Development Managers to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness. You must be familiar with Information & Communication Technology (ICT) products and has flair in numbers.
At least 2 years of working knowledge with MS Excel & MS Office tools.
Must be team player, but yet able to work Independently
Good communication skills, as there will be interfaces to customers over phones
Able to work under pressure
Meticulous and good with numbers
• GCE O, A, Diploma holder is acceptable
• Prepare budgetary & formal quotations to customers with AM’s input
• Handle simple customer and partner queries on the ITQ / Quotations
• Understand Hardware and Software Pricing mechanism
o Receive completed info/ direct instructions from AM for work to follow-up.
o Prepare Sales Cost Sheet (Simple ones)
o Track signatory for AM’s costing sheet or PRs and ensure of submission of signed costing sheet to various parties (eg project office, DSO)
o Confirm & Obtain Proposal No. from CRM
o Update/Close CRM (for Win, Lost sales etc)
o As resource person for centre’s events – training admin, business event or customer-focus
• Must be team player, but yet able to work independently
• Fair communication skills, as there will be interfaces to customers
