Full-time Customer Service Assistant (Private Banking Operations)

at Adroit Career Services (Anywhere)

- Verify and ensure the transactions are processed in compliant with bank policies and procedures and local regulations
- Monitor and keep track Hub objectives and performance to ensure transactions processed in good quality
- Provide guidance and clarifications to counterparts
- Take on additional responsibilities as required and communicated by Team Leader
- Maintain good working relationship with
- Ensure that pre-processing checks are in order before authorizing and proceeding with System input.
- Ensure suspense / sundry accounts reconciliation and escalation as well as monitor and follow-up on the resolution of open items for account

Requirments:
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Strong communications skills (oral, written)
- Good knowledge of Private Bank operations.
- Able to work independently and demonstrate resilience under pressure
