Duty Manager, Customer Service
at The Advertiser in West
The Challenge
- Responsible and managing day to day front counter customer service operations
- Responsible for providing high quality of customer service
- Responsible for feedback management (compliments, opinions and complaints), and service recovery plan.
- Establishing support to Business Units.
The Requirements:-
-Minimum Diploma / Degree holder in hospitality management
-At least 3-5 years working experience in hotel /hospitality industry
-Fluency in English and Mandarin
-You should have a passion for customer service and possess excellent customer handling skills.
-Possess good interpersonal and communication skill especially in having to work with different groups of people with diverse
backgrounds internally as well as dealing with customers. – People management skills. Must be able to lead a team of staffs, Coaching and development of existing and new staffs. – Innovative, goal-oriented, and creative approach to delivering results
-Polite, confident and friendly.
-Understand the needs of customers.
-Singapore Citizen / SPR.
-Willing to work at Old Choa Chu Kang (site office)
Salary: $3500/mth negotiation, depending on experience
