Property Manager
at i Xecutives Resources Pte Ltd (Anywhere)
Responsibilities:
To assess utilisation of space and propose/ implement measures to optimise building usage.
Purchase and sales of land and properties.
Assess site feasibility and follow through with local authorities' approval for retrofitting.
Project supervision for alteration and addition.
Maintain and supervise improvement to office fittings and implement space planning.
Requirements:
Degree in Estate Management from a recognised university
Preferably with 10 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with strong initiative and supervisory skills
ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
