Requirements
1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in thorough Windows server infrastructure administration
3. Candidate must have thorough/complete working knowledge of Active Directory, IIS, DHCP, DNS, RIS, Clustering etc
4. Good to have the following Windows applications – Blackberry Enterprise Server, BigFix, Citrix Presentation Server/XenApp, Novell Netware, Novell GroupWise, CA XOSoft, McAfee Antivirus/ePO
5. Relevant certification (MCSE, MCTS, MCITP) etc would be advantageous

Responsibilities
1. Be involved in the installation, implementation, monitoring and support of Wintel based servers.
2. Provide technical support on the operations and management for the Wintel based servers.
3. Responsible for the day to day support of Wintel systems administration, maintenance and upgrade of Windows OS and
4. server hardware.
5. Develop and review operational procedures.
6. Ensure the quality of day to day operations for all Wintel related services.
7. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting.
8. Work with the hardware and software vendors to resolve problems.
9. Provide first and second-levels support in problem determination and resolution.
10. Troubleshooting complex PC and network Hardware and Software problems.
11. Work within a team environment to ensure daily availability of Wintel servers with significant business or IT impact, incidents, data analysis, security, performance, and standards compliance issues.
12. Monitor, plan and report storage capacity.
13. Collaborate with engineering in developing new applications and integrating new technologies.
14. Troubleshooting performance issues, repairing system software and troubleshooting OS configuration and hardware failures.
15. Supports new projects, OS installations, upgrades, patches and creation of documentation
16. Perform, monitor and report on backup and restore processes.
17. Plan, test and document Wintel Disaster Recovery (DR) processes.
18. Monitor resource utilization and recommend/perform revisions (as necessary for performance tuning).
19. Provide system performance monitoring and tuning.
20. Provide Security Administration and Authorized User access based on client’s approved requests.
21. Administer Virus systems
22. Enable standard IP printing capability for standard network printers or any IP addressable printers.
23. Others scope (On-the-job training will be provided and borne by the Customer for those area which is involving CBMR as a need-to-know basis.
