Senior Software Engineer
at Enggsol Recruitment (Anywhere)
Job:
• Responsible for Network Management Software (NMS) development and maintenance of existing software
• Conceptualize, design & propose value-added NMS solution
Requirements:
• Master/Bachelor degree in Electronics, Communications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years programming experience using C/C++ or Java. Familiar with Unix (Solaris/Linux) and Windows Server operating system
• Familiar with JBOSS, JMS, J2EE, TCP/IP Networking & Internet technologies. Good understanding of Web Services technologies. Practical experience with shell scripting, relational databases (e.g. MySQL, MSSQL), XML, SNMP, TCP/IP domain preferred. Device driver development experience preferred
• Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills for network management system software and hardware. Strong communications and technical writing skills. Self-motivated, hands-on, willing to learn and results-oriented. Good team player. Experience working in NMS System environment will be an advantage. Applicants with more in-depth knowledge and experience may be considered for the Senior Engineer position.
