Production Support Engineer (Oracle PL/SQL & Unix)
at Enggsol Recruitment (Anywhere)
• Production application support team member for banking application
• Able to handle mission critical and complex systems
• Analyzing Production issues and provide prompt resolutions
• Build working relationship with clients
• Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective problem resolution
• Provide hands on support to ensure that application issues are resolved.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Application / Production support and exposure to ITIL process.
• Strong technical knowledge and good domain knowledge of Payment and receivables systems along with clearing and accounting
• Must have strong experience with Oracle PL SQL/ Oracle Forms/Oracle Reports/ Unix Shell scripting/Java/ Application performance tuning with Unix/Oracle
• Able to perform 24x7 coverage in a FSI industry
