Job Description:

• Take charge of Weapon Spares & Part Sales Project incoming spares daily inspection operations - Conduct daily incoming spares inspection and ensure overall inspection criteria and processes are adequate to effectively inspect all products
• Register any weaknesses or inefficiencies in existing inspection processes and make improvement to facilitate work flow
• Ensure all works carry out are meeting specifications and in accordance to the company Quality Management System
• Generate Spares Non-Conformance Action Reports for rejects to suppliers
• Liaise with Procurement, Suppliers and warehouse to ensure smooth transition of Spares Turn-Around time for both normal and urgent spares issues
• Carry out daily updating of incoming spares data and information for monthly reporting purposes
• Ensure availability of inspection information such as Drawings and information for OEM parts and maintain proper filing system
• Keep track and ensure availability and maintain high serviceability of inspection equipments and all relevant expendables such as MPI material, etc for any inspection activities
• Ensure Quality records are properly kept and maintained. Records shall remain legible, readily identifiable and retrievable at all times
• Conduct First Article Inspection and generate FA Reports


Required:

• Higher NITEC in Mechanical/ Materials/ Mechatronics/ Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Certify Quality Supervisor or Inspector /NDT level 2/ General Wielding with Arc/MIG/TIG
