Full-time Customer Service Officer (CSO)

at Enggsol Recruitment (Anywhere)


Preferably with Call Centre or Customer Service experience
Those with telemarketing experience, though not required, will be an advantage
Able to work on rotating shift
Customer-oriented with the passion to serve and understand customers' needs
A team player with positive work attitude (has a pleasant disposition and personality)
Posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have great attention to details and customer service; ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
Must be independent and possess excellent solving skill for customer enquiries and feedback
