Technical Service Manager
at Enggsol Pte. LTD (Anywhere)
You will provide technical leadership to a consulting team that is charged with the responsibility of providing support for our customers' IT infrastructure. You will provide pre and post-sales technical support.
Both roles will face the challenge of conducting feasibility studies and implementing new IT requirements.
Requirements:
1. Strong operational experience in managing a FM
2. At least 6 years of IT experience with
a. 4 years of experience in infrastructure implementation or infrastructure outsourcing projects, and
b. 2 years of experience in infrastructure consultancy position
3. Strong in people and customer management skill
4. Understands IT Services Management and preferable trained/certified in ITIL
