Full-time Customer Service Executive (NON IT)

at Enggsol Pte. LTD in Central

Diploma or Degree holder with 2 to 4 years experience in Accounts Management/Customer fronting, preferably in IT-related industry or with IT background and/or qualification
Excellent written as well as oral communication skills and the ability to appreciate a basic to intermediate level of technical details.
Team player - able to work well with other team members and provide the necessary support when and as required
Resilient - able to work under pressure and ability to track and deliver assignments on schedule
Strong Interpersonal skills – able to work with all levels of staff & mgmt (both internal & external customers)
Professional conduct & presence – a pleasant personality who maintains composure in stress situations
Analytical & Problem solver & ability to follow set processes and procedures as part and parcel of daily work requirements
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Able to perform independently on routine duties
Willingly and able to handle substantial administrative & manual functions pertaining to sales orders preparation, wins and billing.
Need to work as and when the need arises on weekends & PH
Good Telephone skills & presentation skills
GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level English – minimum B4
