Customer Service Executive (IT)
at Enggsol Pte. LTD in Central
1) Diploma or Degree holder with 2 to 4 years experience in Accounts Management/Customer fronting, preferably in IT-related industry
2) Excellent written as well as oral communication skills and the ability to appreciate a basic to intermediate level of technical details.
3) Team player - able to work well with other team members and provide the necessary support when and as required
4) Resilient - able to work under pressure
5) Strong Interpersonal skills – able to work with all levels of staff & mgmt (both internal & external customers)
6) Professional conduct & presence – a pleasant personality who maintains composure in stress situations
7) Analytical & Problem solver
8) With HR/Admin skills
9) Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
10) Able to perform independently on routine duties.
