Procurement Executive
at Enggsol Pte. LTD in Central
- Source, evaluate local/overseas vendors on requirement of materials and services - Manage, co-ordinate with Vendor through Contract Management to ensure parts are deliver on time to meet production schedule - Participate on quality non conformance and corrective action or related problem to resolve spare non conformance with supplier, designer and Quality department
- Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering with 3 years experience - Some knowledge of vehicular parts, good negotiation skills, good planning and coordination skills - Good interpersonal and teamwork skills –
Procurement Executive-1
- Manage the entire purchasing process, from sourcing, request for quotation, negotiation, award, scheduling, process PO, arrange for shipment, follow up on orders, delivery control and expediting the materials to ensure on-time delivery to support production. - Assist and work closely with KDD in sourcing and selecting and sizing up hardware specification during design and prototyping stage. - Plan and make tactical buying decisions and execute purchasing strategies to get the overall lowest material price. - Ensure materials purchased are in accordance to specifications.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with working experience. - Must be computer literate - Must have technical knowledge in electrical or mechanical - Must have knowledge in suppliers' management and team management - Only s need apply
