Operations Executive
- Required to handle opening of new work order/job, maintenance of the status till job passed out to customer. - Prepare relevant paper works as required. - Provide good customer services to customers' queries and jobs status reporting. - Arrange for delivery, customers' Purchase order tracking and verification, invoicing and settlement etc. - Resolve billing problems.
- Diploma in Engineering and/or Finance related - SAP experience prefered - Meticulous and good with numbers - Able to understand some accounting/financial statements - Has experience in customer dealing - Able to work well with all levels of people, provide good customer service

Operations Executive
- Assist in planning, managing and implementing all the operational and logistics aspects of on-site MRO operations - Assists in documentation control in accordance to ISO 9000 standards - Administrative duties include filling and update sales and invoice records, prepare monthly progress report - Inventory control and warehousing duties includes keying in of data from daily processes, take stock & replenish all materials for daily work activities
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management - Relevant experiences in MRO business preferred - Computer proficiency in MS Office and SAP system required - Possess good interpersonal skills and strong ability to work within a team - Must be meticulous and hardworking -
Operations Executive
- Lead and manage a Hub of several workshop teams, comprising of a Camp I/C, Equipment Inspectors, Technicians, Admin Staff, General Worker and Sub-Contractor in the daily operation - Manage and control several sites comprising of between A, B and C vehicles. - Advise contractual requirement of contract to their charges - Understand, ensure, manage customer requirement and liaise with customers - Operate as a business manager and manage profit and loss for the hub To manage and ensure KPI for their hub
- Degree/ Diploma/ NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or NITEC in Automotive Technology with minimum 5 years of workshop I/I in SAF - Knowledge and skills in managing an automotive workshop - Knowledge and skills in managing people - Knowledge in using the MINDEF / SAF Enterprise System (ES) - Must have leadership qualities - Must be a team player -
Assistant Operations Manager
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Technical Training Centre - Liaise with the SAF/OETI office for the conduct of the training courses and related services as required in the contract - Ensure that all the required training courses are scheduled annually in accordance to the Annual Baseload, and that all courses are conducted in accordance to the prescribed syllabus and lesson plan in a safe and effective manner - Responsible for the financial performance of Technical Training Centre. "
- Diploma/ Degree in any discipline - An ex-military officer or warrants officer preferred - Posses technical skills related to vehicle, weapon or electronic maintenance will be advantageous - Posses good management and communication skills -
