- Plan and review overseas mobility process and procedures - Co-ordinates all international assignees out-bound of Singapore successfully including: pre - assignment, on assignment, and repatriation - Providing mobility service and oversees the administration of assignees on logistics, claims and benefits issues (e.g. Costing and Budgeting, housing, transport, children education, etc) - Assist line managers in costing and budgeting for overseas project costing for assignees - Monitor and liaise with payroll and host countries counterparts on changes in Salary and in legislation for assignees' salary and taxation matters - Advise line and assignees on personal tax matters (E.g. Compute and adjust hypotax) - Liaise with Senior Tax Manager and tax agents in host countries on assignees' taxation matters (For individual taxation in host country and Singapore) - Liaise with legal on service agreement on the necessary agreements and contracts relating to overseas assignees
- Degree/Masters in Human Resource Management or Business Administration - At least 5 years of HR experience with 3 years of experience in handling expatriate management and in the areas of taxation and hypothetical tax. - Experience in payroll matters will be an added advantage - Able to travel - Effectively billingual in English & Mandarin - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Merticulous and analytical.
