Full-time Customer Relations Assistant / Receptionist

at Impel Personnel Services in West

Our Client requires a Customer Relations Assistant /Receptionist for their office. This is a one-year contract.

The Job:

Effective management of the reception area
Operate a telephone switchboard or console, used with a private branch exchange (PABX) system to relay incoming, outgoing and intra-system calls and take messages and route to the respective employees.
Direct visitors to their destination and inform the staff whom the visitor is meeting of their arrival.
Administer the booking systems for facilities, events and restaurants.

Requirements:

N Level holder with at least 1 year in the same capacity
A pleasant personality & Computer knowledge.
Preferably Chinese-speaking
Willing to perform on shift duties, weekends/public holidays.
( 6 days work week ) 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm / 12pm-8pm

Salary : $1400
Location: Telok Blangah area
